DM230 Core Drill Motor - 110V

The Husqvarna DM230 is a highly versatile pistol grip core drill motor which can be used handheld for free-drilling holes up to 80mm, or rig/stand mounted for larger holes up to 150mm diameter and more demanding applications. It can be used to drill concrete, brick, masonry materials and natural stones with the addition of a suitable diamond core bit. This small, lightweight, powerful (1850W) and easy to handle drill motor is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. Its compact size and soft rear section are designed to facilitate close body control, which provides better control when drilling or using in confined spaces. It is designed to be used primarily for wet drilling applications, but can also be used for occasional dry drilling with the addition of an optional dust extraction adaptor. The DM 230 is suitable for use with the Husqvarna DS 150 drill stand. It can alternatively be used with the larger DS 250 drill stand, although the optional ring adaptor would be required. It can also be used with other compatible drill stands manufactured by others. If you are free-drilling, we highly recommend the addition of the optional telescopic start device, which will make starting holes easier.
