Metric Tap & Die Set 110pc

Professional quality metric tap and die set, featuring split dies, a comprehensive array of taps, three tap holders and two die holders. Taps are supplied in pairs, Taper Tap, and a Plug Tap. The Taper Tap has a gradual cutting action, due to the pronounced chamfer of the thread, making it suitable for starting a thread. The Plug Tap has far less of a chamfer and is used after the Taper Tap to get close to get to the bottom of the hole. Supplied in a blow mould storage case.
