Faithfull Turning chisels for use on woodturning lathes. Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS), these chisels will perform well in both hard and soft woods. They maintain a sharp cutting edge much longer than their carbon steel equivalents, requiring less time being resharpened They are fitted with full sized contoured walnut wood handles for user comfort and brass ferrules. Overall length 410 mm. Length of blade 160 mm. Roughing Out Gouge for removing large amounts of timber quickly. Can also be used to plane the surface of spindle blanks and shaped gentle curves. Size 16mm Roughing Out Gouge.
