Wiht theh H600 WXCU Milling Inserts, Iscar has merged three proven ideas into their new Helido Feedmill inserts for high-feed rough milling and cavity work in die & mold shops. The new H600 WXCU inserts feature helical cutting edges for smoother entry, 17 lead angles to reduce lateral forces and SUMO TEC surface treatment for longer edge life. Each trigon shaped insert provides six peripherally ground cutting edges and is seated securely into inclined dovetail pockets to prevent movement.
