Watco Tack Coat is an epoxy resin adhesive primer for use before screeding with Watco Concrex or before using Watco Concrex Vertical. Watco Tack Coat Sub Zero is available for repairs during cold conditions.

Suitable for internal or external applications
Can be applied over existing paint, but all poorly bonded paint must be removed and well bonded paint roughened to provide a key
