OSG WXS-LN-EBD series ball nose endmills have an extended neck for hardened material. High performance micro grain carbide with Ultra WX coating (multi layered composite TiAIN).
For use on material up to 60HRC.
For deep slotting. Cutting length: 0.8 x D.
The Ultra WX coating has been developed to improve performance in a wide range of materials including non-ferrous materials, mild steels, and refined steels. This stable performance remains consistent in both wet and dry applications and is intended for a wide range of cutting conditions, from low speed/reduced cutting force applications to high speed/high cutting force applications.
