The HS004GD201 is a lightweight and powerful cordless 190mm Circular Saw, fueled by a 40V Li-ion XGT battery for a robust 40V brushless motor. It features a soft start, reaching up to 6,000 rpm for efficient cutting. Equipped with a LED job light, electric brake, and bevel cuts ranging from 0 degrees left to 48 degrees right with positive stops, it ensures precision and operator safety. The saw has a lock-off 2-stage safety switch, connects directly to a Makita guide rail for precise cuts, and supports the Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) for Bluetooth connectivity to a Makita dust extractor (chip 198900-7 required, sold separately). The Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) adjusts cutting speed based on load conditions, with an overload alert system through the ADT indicator lamp.
