The Husqvarna K970 Ring is a highly innovative and portable petrol-powered handheld deep cutting solution, with exceptional deep cutting capabilities; more than twice those of a conventional disc cutter (up to 270/370mm) , with the added advantage of producing deep cuts often from one side only, for added convenience and increased productivity. This versatile and high-capacity ringsaw is based on the powerful, high-performance and industry proven Husqvarna K970 disc cutter platform; which has been specially adapted to use diamond ring blades (which are uniquely driven from their periphery) , rather than conventional diamond blades (which are driven from their centre) ; which enables far deeper cuts to be made. Diamond ring saws are ideal for making deep, fast cuts in a wide variety of cast concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry materials; making them ideally suited for a diverse range of cutting applications, including cutting floors, walls, pipes, kerbstones, as well as for creating door and window openings etc. They also provide the quickest method for small and medium-sized cuts too. The Husqvarna K970 RING is available with a choice of a 370mm or 430mm diameter diamond ring blade capacities, with 270mm and 370mm respective maximum depth of cuts. A variety of different custom-engineered Husqvarna wet-cut diamond ring blades are available for the K970 Ring Saw to suit both application, performance and budget: Vari-Ring R20 - for medium concrete and occasional cutting of stone, soft and hard concrete. Vari-Ring R45 - for soft and medium concrete and occasional cutting of hard concrete. Vari-Ring R70 - for abrasive building blocks and brickwork. Vari-Ring Pre-Cut - for pre-cutting medium concrete and occasional cutting of soft and hard concrete. Elite-Ring R10 - for hard and medium concrete, stone and occasional cutting of soft concrete. Elite-Ring R20 - for medium concrete and occasional cutting of stone, soft and hard concrete. Elite-Ring R45 - for soft and medium concrete and occasional cutting of hard concrete.
